Supplier Terms & Conditions

Updated: 15 March 2026

These Supplier Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Grande Turismo GmbH (“Grande Turismo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity (“Supplier”, “Organizer”, or “you”) offering events, experiences, or activities (“Activities”) through the Grande Turismo platform (“Platform”).

By creating a supplier account or listing Activities on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Supplier Terms.

1. Supplier Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Supplier Eligibility

To offer Activities on the Platform, you must:

  • be legally authorized to operate your business
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • possess any licenses or permits required for your Activities.

Supplier applications are subject to review and approval by Grande Turismo. The Platform reserves the right to accept or reject supplier applications at its sole discretion.

Grande Turismo reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility.

1.2 Supplier Account

Suppliers must create an account on the Platform and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • ensuring that all information provided to the Platform remains accurate.

Grande Turismo may suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate or misleading information.

2. Listing Activities on the Platform

2.1 Activity Information

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that all Activity listings contain accurate and complete information, including:

  • description of the Activity
  • pricing and availability
  • schedules and duration
  • participation requirements
  • safety instructions and equipment requirements.

Activity descriptions must not contain misleading or false information.

2.2 Availability and Booking Management

Suppliers are responsible for managing the availability of their Activities through the Platform and ensuring that confirmed bookings can be fulfilled.

Failure to honor confirmed bookings may result in:

  • penalties
  • account suspension
  • removal from the Platform.

2.3 Pricing

Suppliers determine the retail price of their Activities listed on the Platform.

Prices must include all mandatory charges and taxes required by applicable law unless clearly stated otherwise.

Grande Turismo may display prices in multiple currencies for customer convenience.

3. Booking and Customer Relationship

3.1 Contract with Customers

When a customer books an Activity through the Platform, the contract for the delivery of the Activity is formed directly between the Supplier and the customer.

Grande Turismo acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the booking.

3.2 Customer Communication

Suppliers may communicate with customers only for purposes directly related to the booked Activity, including:

  • confirming participation
  • providing logistical information
  • safety instructions.

Suppliers may not use customer data for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes without proper legal consent.

4. Commission and Payment

4.1 Platform Commission

Grande Turismo charges a commission on each confirmed booking made through the Platform.

The commission percentage may vary depending on the Supplier’s subscription plan or agreement with Grande Turismo.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments from customers are processed through the Platform using third-party payment providers.

Grande Turismo collects payments on behalf of the Supplier and transfers the Supplier’s share after deducting:

  • platform commission
  • applicable payment processing fees
  • any agreed adjustments.

4.3 Payouts

Payouts to Suppliers are processed according to the payout schedule defined by the Platform.

Grande Turismo may withhold payouts in cases of:

  • booking disputes
  • suspected fraud
  • violation of these Supplier Terms.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Supplier Cancellation Policies

Suppliers must define a clear cancellation policy for each Activity listed on the Platform.

Cancellation policies must comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

5.2 Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

Suppliers may not independently cancel bookings that have already been confirmed through the Platform.

If a Supplier is unable to deliver a confirmed Activity, the Supplier must contact Grande Turismo support and submit a cancellation request. Grande Turismo will review the request and determine whether the cancellation may be approved.

If the cancellation request is approved, the Supplier must cooperate with Grande Turismo to ensure that affected customers are offered an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • a rescheduled date for the Activity
  • a full refund of the booking price.

Repeated or unjustified cancellation requests may result in:
  • penalties
  • temporary suspension of the Supplier account
  • removal of the Supplier from the Platform.

6. Safety and Compliance

6.1 Safety Responsibilities

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that Activities are conducted safely and in compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.

This includes:

  • maintaining safe equipment
  • employing qualified staff or instructors
  • following all safety standards relevant to the Activity.

6.2 Insurance Requirements

Suppliers must maintain adequate insurance coverage appropriate for the Activities offered, including:

  • liability insurance
  • accident coverage where required.

Suppliers may be required to provide proof of insurance upon request.

7. Data Protection

Suppliers must comply with all applicable data protection laws when processing personal data received through the Platform.

Customer data provided through the Platform may be used only for purposes necessary to deliver the booked Activity.

Suppliers may not:

  • sell customer data
  • use customer data for unrelated marketing
  • share customer data with unauthorized third parties.

8. Liability

Suppliers are solely responsible for the organization, operation, and execution of the Activities they offer.

Grande Turismo is not liable for:

  • personal injury
  • property damage
  • accidents
  • other losses arising from the performance of Activities.

Suppliers agree to indemnify and hold Grande Turismo harmless from claims arising from their Activities.

9. Platform Rights

Grande Turismo reserves the right to:

  • remove or modify Activity listings
  • suspend or terminate supplier accounts
  • investigate violations of these Supplier Terms.

These actions may be taken where necessary to protect users or maintain the integrity of the Platform.

10. Termination

10.1 Supplier Termination Request

Suppliers may request termination of their relationship with the Platform at any time by contacting the Grande Turismo support team.

Supplier accounts cannot be deleted directly through the Platform interface.

Upon receiving a termination request, Grande Turismo will review the request and may take appropriate action, including:

  • deactivating the Supplier account
  • permanently deleting the Supplier account
  • temporarily suspending listings while existing bookings are fulfilled.

Grande Turismo may require Suppliers to complete or resolve all confirmed bookings, refunds, or outstanding obligations before an account is permanently removed.

10.2 Platform Suspension or Termination

Grande Turismo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Supplier accounts where necessary to protect users, maintain the integrity of the Platform, or enforce these Supplier Terms.

This may occur in cases including, but not limited to:

  • violation of these Supplier Terms
  • unsafe or non-compliant Activities
  • fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal behavior
  • repeated cancellations of confirmed bookings
  • misuse of customer data or platform functionality.

10.3 Effect of Termination

If a Supplier account is suspended or terminated:

  • the Supplier may no longer publish or sell Activities on the Platform
  • existing confirmed bookings must still be honored unless otherwise agreed with Grande Turismo
  • Grande Turismo may process refunds to affected customers where necessary.

Grande Turismo may retain certain information related to Supplier accounts where required for legal, regulatory, or dispute resolution purposes.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Supplier Terms are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
